GERMANY / Saxony / Freiberg / The restaurant and cafe 'Schwanenschloesschen' has a long tradition. Woldemar Bretschneider runs this popular restaurant destination for day trippers at the Kreuzteich (pond) from 1896 until 1920. Unfortunately, the dilapidated half-timbered building had to be demolished in 1972. In 2000, the detailed replica of the historical original was opened.
